Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note that this period may take longer during sales.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

* For shipping large furniture and furnishings, we use a freight carrier service. Freight deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, local time in the delivery time zone. All freight deliveries require a signature, and customers are responsible for inspecting their packages for visible damage before signing. If your item(s) have any visible damage, the damage must be noted with the freight carrier on the delivery receipt. Please inspect the boxes carefully and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt as this will significantly expedite the claim process.

 

Customers outside EU are responsible for duties and taxes. 

 

PICK UP IN STORE 

We also offer the option of collecting your order from our store located on Avenida da Liberdade. Just select “Pick Up Store” indicated at checkout. When the order is ready, you will receive a notification to pick it up at the indicated store. It may take up to 3 days for the order to be available in the store. 

Please note that you have 15 days, counting from the date on which is informed of the availability of the items in the store, to go there and collect the packaging. Otherwise, we will cancel your order, and the amount will be returned. 

The order can be picked up by presenting the “Pick Up” email confirmation.
